Return & Exchange Policy
At GiftiAura, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our return and exchange policy keeps the process simple and fair.
7-Day Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery and share photo evidence of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for orders that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the mistake was ours (wrong item sent, item damaged in transit, or defective on arrival). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
